I'm an educational psychologist based in Dorset, in the south of England. I have experience of providing educational psychology services within Hampshire and Dorset for over 15 years.

My Experience
I have previously worked as a class teacher in a mainstream primary school.
My experience as an educational psychologist (EP) over the last 15 years includes:

Working in a variety of schools and settings, including primary and secondary schools, special schools, residential children’s homes, nurseries.

Undertaking assessments with children and young people with a wide range of needs including learning, language, social, emotional and behavioural.

Senior Educational Psychologist, supporting the management of a Local Authority EP service.

Academic and Professional Tutor for the doctoral training programme for educational psychologists at Southampton University.

Member of the national steering group for ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) Network.

Co-ordinating Local Authority ELSA projects.

Lead Educational Psychologist for Looked After Children within Local Authority EP Services.

Providing training and workshops to parents, teachers and other professionals.
